Hi, This is Sam. Cooking is my Passion. I love to share and cook unique recipes. Here, you can read about me and my skills.
I’m a home cook and love to read about food, but I’m not trained as a chef. I’m just really into cooking and passionate about it. I have keen interest in cooking and creating unique recipes. I spend most of my leisure time in cooking different types of recipes and enjoy cooking good food for my family and friends. That’s my passion and it gives real happiness to me.
I have a big collection of unique recipes which I have tried by myself. I decided to design a website where foodies and the people who love cooking can find a good collection of best recipes worldwide. .
MY COOKING PASSION
I guess I fell into Cooking. Cooking is like love. It should be entered into with abandon or not at all.
I am a working lady and I spend most of my holidays in cooking different types of food. I love cooking for myself and for my family. Mostly I do it in my leisure time. I think instead of going out for dinner, buy good food. Cooking at home shows affection. I started cooking when I was about 17 and when I was 20 I started getting real serious about cooking. When it comes to cooking and eating, I always try to preach that life is about moderation. I like creativity of cooking and taking care of people by creating memorable meals. As a woman, I spend so much time either cooking or getting ready to go somewhere and I like to have music when I’m doing either of these things.
Cooking is no difficult. Everyone has taste, even if they don’t realize it. Even if you are not a great chef, there is nothing to stop you understanding the difference between what tastes good and what doesn’t. I have taught myself how to use good, fresh ingredients and to prepare them as simply as possible by cooking only to enhance their intrinsic flavors.
Cooking is my passion. I love Chinese Cooking, Asian cooking and pizzas with different varieties. It’s my belief that cooking is a craft. I think that you can push it into the realm of art, but it starts with craft. It starts with an understanding of materials. It starts with an understanding of where foods are grown. Balance is key in cooking – you want a little acid, a little sweet, a little savory – the flavors should be harmonious.
I love cooking. It’s one of my favorite things to do. To share my parents’ recipes that I grew up with is just something very special to me.
I am a good researcher and I use my research skills in finding out best recipes worldwide. I believe in innovation and i really love research. It’s one of the things I love most about my job.
I love to do work as a team. If we appreciate teamwork, we can increase the efficiency of the work by utilizing different minds to focus on the same problem. The outcomes of teamwork are always better than working alone.
I think good management is the art of making problems so interesting and their solutions so constructive that everyone wants to get to work and deal with them.
