Beef Tikka Ingredients:
Fatless Beef (Cut in 1 inch Squares) 2 Kg
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
Kachri (Paste of Raw Papaya) 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Yogurt 250 grams
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Oil As required
Ground Roasted Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
Ground Roasted Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
Mustard Paste 1 tsp
Method:
Marinate the meat with all ingredients mentioned above for at least 3 hours. Put the marinated beef on skewers. Barbecue on coal or grill on flame. Serve with mint chutney, yogurt and onion rings.
