Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Chicken Alfredo Pasta is the most favorite type of pasta in the world. It has a unique mild and cheesy flavor. Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese enhances its flavor and makes it more delicious. Even you can use Parmesan or blue cheese in it. White sauce is the main secret of Chicken Alfredo Pasta. The more delicious you make the white sauce, the more mouthwatering the pasta will be. You can use thyme, rosemary, basil or even mixed Italian spices in it. I prefer to add just oregano. It all depends on your taste. Let’s try this tasteful recipe of Chicken Alfredo Pasta.


Chicken (Boneless 1 inch cubes)                                      ½ Kg

Pasta       (Boiled)                                                                  1 Kg

Milk                                                                                        ½ Liter

Cheddar Cheese (Grated)                                                  1 cup

Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)                                              1 cup

White Pepper powder                                                        1 tsp

Black pepper powder                                                         1 tsp

Salt                                                                                          1 tsp

Ginger Paste                                                                         1 tsp

Garlic Paste                                                                           1 tsp

Red Chili Flakes                                                                    1 tsp

All – Purpose Flour                                                              2 tbsp.

Butter                                                                                     4 tbsp.

Oregano                                                                                1 tsp

Fresh Cream                                                                         ½ cup

Oil                                                                                           ½ cup

Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Method for Chicken Alfredo Pasta:

To make the delicious Chicken Alfredo Pasta, take a deep pan and melt butter in it. Now add all – purpose flour and fry for 3 – 4 minutes on low flame. Add milk and keep stirring to avoid forming lumps. Within 8 – 10 minutes the sauce will start thickening. Now add salt, white pepper, black pepper, oregano, cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Keep stirring until sauce attains a honey like consistency. You can also add some water to adjust the required consistency. Place it aside and prepare for the chicken.

Take a frying pan and heat up oil for frying chicken. Add ginger garlic paste with chicken cubes and also add red chili flakes. Now fry for 6 -8 minutes while stirring on medium flame. Add 2 – 3 tbsp. water and mix well. Add this chicken into the white sauce you just prepared. Also add boiled pasta and fresh cream. Mix well. Chicken Alfredo Pasta is ready to serve. You can serve it chilled or hot.
