Bread Rolls is a delicious snack made with bread slices. Roll stuffing depends on your taste and choice. You can stuff these yummy rolls with chicken, beef or even with vegetables. Adding cheese makes these rolls more delicious. These bread rolls can be prepared with the ingredients that you already have at your home. Ingredients for Bread Rolls:

Bread Slices                                                                                    12

Potato (Boiled / Mashed)                                                             1 Cup

Cheddar / Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)                               ½ Cup

Eggs                                                                                                  2

Chicken (Boiled / Shredded)                                                       1 Cup

Onion (Finely Chopped)                                                               1 medium size

Bread Crumbs                                                                                1 Cup

Salt                                                                                                   To taste

Cumin Seeds (Roasted & Crushed)                                            ½ tsp

Chili Flakes                                                                                      1 tsp

Red Chili Powder                                                                           1 tsp

Fresh Coriander (Finely Chopped)                                             ¼ Cup

Coriander Seeds (Roasted & Crushed)                                      ½ tsp

Lemon Juice                                                                                   1 tbsp

Oil                                                                                                    to Fry

Black Pepper                                                                                  ½ tsp

Ginger Garlic Paste                                                                       1 tbsp


Take a wok and heat some oil in it. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped onion. Fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Now add shredded chicken meat and mashed potatoes. Add all other spices (Chili flakes, Chili Powder, Salt, Cumin Seeds and Coriander Seeds Powder, Lemon Juice and Black Pepper). Add ¼ Cup of water and mix it well. Cook over medium flame till water dries. Now add cheese and fresh coriander. Mix it well. Turn off the flame.

Now take bread slices and cut their brown corners with the help of a knife. Now take a slice and soak it into water for a second. Press the slice with your palms to drain the excess water. Now take one table spoon of chicken stuffing and put it in the center of the bread slice. Fold the slice from all sides to cover the stuffing and give it the shape of an egg with the help of your hands. Repeat the process with all bread slices. Now take a bread roll and dip it into egg and then fold it in the breadcrumbs. Now heat up oil in a wok. Deep fry these bread rolls to bring a light golden brown color. Serve with Ketchup and Tea.
