Chicken Stuffed Parathas are so usually served in the breakfast in Asian countries like India and Pakistan. These Parathas are so much healthy and nutritious. People love to eat them with achar (pickle), chutney or yogurt. Different types of chutney are served with these Parathas such as green mint chutney, hot and sour tamarind chutney and yogurt raita (yogurt mixed with green chili and coriander). Some people like to fry these Parathas with oil, some like them with ghee and some people love to cook them with butter. The Paratha stuffing totally depends on your taste and choice. You can stuff these Parathas with chicken, beef mince, pulses or even with vegetables. If you are a cheese lover and not a diet conscious then you can also fill these chicken Parathas with cheddar or mozzarella cheese. You can bring so many variations in the stuffing.

Ingredients for Chicken Mince Stuffing:
Chicken Mince ½ Kg
Onion (finely chopped) 1
Turmeric Powder 1/3 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Salt To taste
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Green Chili (finely chopped) 2
Roasted Ground Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander (finely chopped) ½ cup
Roasted Ground Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Ingredients for Paratha Dough:
Milk As required to Knead
Flour 250 grams
Salt ½ tsp
Oil For frying
Method to Make Chicken Mince:
Heat some oil in a pan and fry chopped onions till they become translucent. Now add ginger garlic paste and chicken mince. Also add all other spices i.e. salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix it and fry on medium heat until all ingredients and chicken cook well. In the end, add roasted ground cumin seeds and coriander seeds powder. Also add lemon juice. Add chopped green chilies and fresh coriander and mix. Chicken mince is ready for stuffing.
Method to Make Chicken Stuffed Parathas:
Knead the dough with flour, salt and milk. Make small balls of the dough and roll them flat. Put some chicken mince and close it from all four slides. Now roll it again. Now heat the frying pan and fry these Parathas with some oil or clarified butter till golden brown. Serve these Chicken Stuffed Parathas with Yogurt, Pickle or Chatni.
