CHICKEN TIKKA CLUB SANDWICH

Club sandwich has different names like clubhouse sandwich and rainbow sandwich. It is a sandwich of toasted bread, cut cooked chicken or mince, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. It is regularly cut into quarters or parts and held together by sticks. Usually consists two layers which are isolated by an extra cut of bread; however this is not a required component of the sandwich.

The sandwich is regularly presented with coleslaw, or mixed greens, and frequently decorated with a pickle. The coleslaw or mixed greens is used to decorate the club sandwiches and potato chips or french fries are served as an accomplishment with it. Because of high fat and carb content from the bread, bacon and dressing, club sandwiches have been criticized as undesirable.
