Salad Recipe:

Peel off the fruits and cut them into small pieces. Put all the fruit pieces into a bowl. Drain the excess liquid or juice from the bowl into a saucepan. Add lemon juice, cardamom powder & honey into the saucepan. Cook it at least for 10 minutes to bring a boil. Remove from the flame and let it cool on room temperature. Now pour this mixture over the mix fruits and gently toss the fruits so that the mixture coats all fruits. You can serve it straight away or chill inside a refrigerator for 15 minutes.
