Fish Zinger

Fish Zinger burger is the most delicious burger among all. It is crispy, succulent and juicy. This burger is prepared with a thick fish fillet coated in plain flour and corn flour. Different spices are mixed into the flour to give it a unique taste. This burger is good for sea food lovers and for the people who want to have white meat. You can serve it with ketchup, mayo garlic sauce and French fries.

Fish Fillet                                                                                         1 Kg

For Batter:

Corn Flour                                                                                      1 Cup

Plain Flour                                                                                      1 Cup

Salt                                                                                                   To taste

Yeast                                                                                                1 tbsp

White Pepper                                                                                ½ tsp

Black Pepper                                                                                  ½ tsp

Ginger Powder                                                                              ½ tsp

Garlic Powder                                                                                ½ tsp

Paprika                                                                                            1 tsp

Onion Powder                                                                               ½ tsp

Water                                                                                              To make batter

Baking Soda                                                                                    1 tsp

For Dry Coating:

Corn Flour                                                                                      1 Cup

Salt                                                                                                   To taste

Plain Flour                                                                                      1 Cup

White Pepper                                                                                1 tsp

Black Pepper                                                                                  1 tsp

For Zinger Burger:

Mayonnaise                                                                                    2 tbsp

Buns                                                                                                 6

Mustard Paste                                                                                1 tsp

Lettuce Leaves                                                                              6 – 8

Black Pepper                                                                                  ¼ tsp

Cheddar Cheese Slices                                                                 6

Ketchup                                                                                          2 tbsp

Method for Crispy Fish Fillets:

Take plain flour, corn flour, yeast, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, paprika and baking soda in a bowl. Mix all these ingredients with the help of water to make a thick paste and leave it to rise till frothy. Now take a flat and broad pan and mix all dry ingredients in it i.e. Plain Flour, Corn Flour, Black Pepper, White Pepper and Salt. Take Fish Fillet, First coat it with dry flour and then dip it in the flour batter. Heat up oil in a wok and deep fry fish fillets to bring a light golden brown color.

Note: Fry over medium low heat to make them crispier.

Fish Fillets are ready to make zinger.

Making Fish Zinger:

Mix Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Mustard paste, Black Pepper in a small bowl to make a sauce to apply inside the burger. Now cut bun into two halves and apply sauce on each slice. Place Lettuce leaves and put crispy fish fillet over it. Now put cheese slices and cover it with the other bun slice. Serve with French fries.
