White Flour                                                                                    1 cup

Raisins                                                                                             ¼ Cup

Mix Dry Fruits (Grated)                                                                ½ Cup


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter a pan and set aside. Whisk together the ground sugar, melted butter, eggs and baking powder, vanilla essence and yellow food color in a bowl. Add flour and fold it with the batter properly. Also add milk to bring a smooth consistency. Add mix dry fruits, raisins and ashrafi. Mix well. Bake in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted inside the cake comes out clean.
