You need 2 tbsp. mashed Avocado, 4 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp. white sugar, ½ tsp baking powder, 2 -1/2 tsp milk and ½ tbsp. vegetable oil. Mix all ingredients in a mug. Apply olive oil on both sides of zucchini slices. Season with salt and pepper and grill for 4 minutes. Mix cream cheese, parsley, garlic, dill and onion in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Now spread 1 tbsp. cream cheese mixture on each zucchini slice. Then place one spinach leaf and one basil leaf and wrap it like a roll. Serve immediately.
