How to make Instant Green Chili Pickle

You will definitely love this instant green chili pickle recipe. To make this tangy and spicy mouthwatering pickle, we use jalapeno pepper. This is a special type of green chili that is less spicy. Ingredients:

Green Chili (Jalapeno Pepper)             250 grams

Fennel Seeds                                            1 tbsp

Cumin Seeds                                            1 tbsp

Coriander Seeds                                       1 tbsp

Mustard Seeds                                         1 tsp

Garlic Paste                                              2 tbsp

Salt                                                             to taste

Turmeric Powder                                    1 tsp

Oil                                                               ¼ cup

Lemon Juice                                             ¼ cup

Water                                                         ½ cup

Method to Instant Green Chili Pickle:

The recipe for this instant green chili pickle is very easy to make. You just need few ingredients that I have mentioned above. Heat up the oil in a pan to fry sliced jalapeno green chilies for about 2 – 3 minutes. Now add turmeric powder and fry for 2 more minutes. Grind together fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and mustard seeds. Now add this grinded mixture into the green chilies. Also add garlic paste, salt and lemon juice. Now add ½ cup of water, mix well and cover the lid. Cook it on medium low flame for around 5 minutes and then fry on medium high flame for 2 – 3 minutes until all water dries up. Instant green chili pickle is ready to eat. Enjoy this mouthwatering pickle with your daily meal. It will definitely add a spark to your meal.
