Khoya Peda Method:

Take a deep wok and add some ghee/butter in it. Now add khoya and fry it on a low flame. Keep stirring and add milk gradually to avoid burning. Fry it until its color becomes golden brown. Now turn off the flame and slightly cool down this mixture on room temperature. But do not cool down completely otherwise khoya will become hard and it will be difficult to make khoya pedas. Now add ground sugar and ilaichi powder in it and mix well. Make Khoya peda balls and cover them with sugar powder. Garnish these khoya peda balls with pistachio flakes. Serve fresh or keep them in the refrigerator for 3 – 4 days.
