Lasagne has wide flat shape pasta, and conceivably one of the most seasoned sorts of pasta. This is an Italian dish that is made up of numerous wide layers or sheets. Lots of white sauce, cheese and meat are also spread in between the layers.

Lasagne 1 Packet
Ingredients for Chicken Mince:
Chicken Mince ½ Kg
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Ketchup ½ cup
Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt To taste
Ground Cumin ½ tsp
Ground Coriander ½ tsp
Paprika ½ tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil As required
Ingredients for White Sauce:
White Flour 2 tbsp
Milk 250 ml
Black Pepper ¼ tsp
Cheddar Cheese 3-4 slices
Fresh Cream ¼ Cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt A pinch
Oregano ½ tsp
Method for White Sauce:
Melt butter in a wok. Add white flour to it and mix well. Cook it for 3-4 mins. Add milk and mix it well on low flame. The sauce will begin to thicken slowly. Now add cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper and oregano. Keep Stirring. White sauce is ready.
Method for Chicken Mince:
Heat up some oil and add ginger garlic paste to it. Add chicken mince and fry for 5 mins. Add Ketchup, Chili Garlic Sauce, Soya Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Chili Powder, Chili Flakes, Black Pepper, Salt, Vinegar, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander and Paprika Powder. And fry and mix it for 7-8 mins. Chicken mince is ready.
Assembling:
Now take a glass or ceramic dish and make a layer of half boiled lasagne sheets. Spread white sauce over it. Make a layer of chicken mince then again a layer of lasagne sheets. Repeat the process 3 times. Sprinkle some oregano, chili flakes and black pepper on the top.
