MIX VEGI CHICKEN MACARONI SOUP

Macaroni Soup is a unique combination of macaroni and soup. Usually, children love this dish so much. It has almost all nutrition’s in it. You can add all types of vegetables and meat in it to make it more delicious and nutritious. This is so much healthy and you can even have it as a full meal. The choice of vegetables depends on your taste. You can add all seasonal vegetables and beans. Different types of beans like red beans, peas, chick peas and corns make it healthier. Add vinegar, chili sauce, soya sauce and black pepper to give it a mild but amazing taste. This soup is mostly made in winters but you can make it in all seasons and on all occasions. Macaroni Soup Ingredients:

Carrot (Finely Chopped)                                                              ½ cup

Green Onion leaves (Finely Chopped)                                      ½ cup

Onion (Finely Chopped)                                                               ½ cup

Red Beans / Rajma (Boiled)                                                         ½ cup

Corns (Boiled)                                                                                ½ cup

Peas (Boiled)                                                                                  ½ cup

Chicken (Boiled and Shredded)                                                  ½ cup

Macaroni (Boiled)                                                                         ½ cup

Capsicum (Cut in small squares)                                                 ½ cup

Cabbage (Julian Cutting)                                                               ½ cup

Egg                                                                                                   1

Vinegar                                                                                            To taste

Soya Sauce                                                                                     To taste

Chili Sauce                                                                                      To taste

Black Pepper                                                                                  To taste

Salt                                                                                                   To taste

Chinese Salt                                                                                    ½ tsp

Ginger Paste                                                                                   1 tsp

Garlic Paste                                                                                    1 tsp

Ginger (Julian Cutting)                                                                  1 tbsp

Green Chili (Finely Chopped)                                                      1 tbsp

Lemon (Thinly Sliced)                                                                   1 – 2 Lemon

Corn Flour                                                                                      5-6 tbsp

Chicken Stock                                                                                2 cups

Water                                                                                              6 cups

Butter                                                                                              2 tbsp

Method:

Take a deep cooking pan. Add butter and melt it on medium flame. Add Ginger and Garlic Pastes and onion. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add Shredded Chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Now add carrots, red beans, corns, peas and cabbage and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add Chicken stock and also add 6 cups of water. Cook it for 10 -12 minutes on medium flame to bring a boil. Now add green onion leaves and capsicum. Mix it well.

Add boiled macaronis, salt, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce and chili sauce as per your taste. Add Chinese salt, chopped ginger, lemon slices and green chili. Mix it well. Beat an egg and pour it into the soup slowly while stirring. Dissolve corn flour in half cup of water and add it into the soup while stirring. Cook the soup for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the flame. Hot Mix Vegi Chicken Macaroni Soup is ready to serve. Serve with Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Chili Sauce and black pepper.
