Making One Bite Chicken and Cheese Samosas:

Take the samosa dough and divide it into equal balls of 1 inch diameter. Now roll out the dough ball on a flat surface to give it a round shape. Now cut it into two equal halves with the help of a knife. Take one half and fold it into a cone shape with your hand. Hold it properly so that it doesn’t open. Use a spoon to fill it with the chicken and cheese stuffing. Now press the top corners together to seal your samosa. Repeat this process with all dough balls.
