Making One Bite Chicken and Cheese Samosas:

Take the samosa dough and divide it into equal balls of 1 inch diameter. Now roll out the dough ball on a flat surface to give it a round shape. Now cut it into two equal halves with the help of a knife. Take one half and fold it into a cone shape with your hand. Hold it properly so that it doesn’t open. Use a spoon to fill it with the chicken and cheese stuffing. Now press the top corners together to seal your samosa. Repeat this process with all dough balls. You can make around 14 one bite chicken and cheese samosas with this dough.

Now heat up the oil in a deep wok and fry samosas on medium low flame. Keep them stirring to avoid burning. Fry them until light golden in color.
