Ingredients for Pizza Omelet:
Eggs 4
Carrot (Grated) ¼ cup
Olives (Sliced) 4 – 5
Capsicum (Chopped) ¼ cup
Tomato (Chopped) ¼ cup
Red Chili Flakes ½ tsp
Corn Seeds (Boiled) 2 tbsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder ¼ tsp
Onion (Chopped) 1
Salt ½ tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Green Chili (Chopped) 2
Spring Onion (Chopped) ¼ cup
Mushroom (Sliced) 2 – 3
Mozzarella Cheese (Grated) ½ cup
Cheddar Cheese (Grated) ½ cup
Oil To fry
Method:
Take a bowl and whip four eggs with salt, black pepper, crushed red chilies and red chili powder. Now add onion, capsicum, tomato, carrot, corn seeds, olives, mushrooms, spring onion and green chili into the whipped eggs and mix well. Take a flat non-stick pan and grease it with oil. Heat it up and pour the eggs mixture over it. Spread all the veggies evenly over the pan. Sprinkle oregano, cheddar and mozzarella cheese on it. Cover the pan to cook the omelet on low flame until it becomes firm. Now slide it onto a plate and serve up.
