You will be amazed to know that a perfectly baked cake can now be made inside a wok or cooking pan instead of an oven. You can easily bake a cake or pizza on stove now. And you will see that the results are just like an oven baked cake. That’s the easiest trick to make a soft and fluffy cake at home. Usually, people do not have oven at their home. And that’s why it becomes really very difficult for them to bake delicious cakes. I am feeling very glad to introduce this unique non oven or stove cake method. You can not only bake a perfect cake by using this method but also pizzas, pastries, cup cakes, biscuits, puddings, lasagna and other dishes that require baking can easily be cooked with this method.

You just need a big cooking vessel or pressure cooker and an iron stand for this method. Just turn on the flame and put a pressure cooker over it. Now put a normal height iron stand in the center of it and cover it carefully. So that steam does not come out from the pressure cooker. People also put some burnt charcoal over the covered lid to generate more heat inside the pressure cooker. But I think this is not necessary. We can generate enough heat just by heating up an empty pressure cooker for 5 minutes. When the cooker is heated properly, you can put the baking tray or mold over the stand inside the cooker. Cover it properly and bake your dish on medium low heat.

The result will be just like original baking inside an oven. No one can tell that you have used a pressure cooker not an oven. Here is the recipe. Please follow it and leave your magical comments if you like it.

Non Oven Cake Ingredients:

White Flour                                                           1 cup

Ground Sugar                                                       ½ cup

Melted Butter                                                       ½ cup

Eggs                                                                        2

Baking Powder                                                     1 tsp

Mix Dry Fruits                                                       ½ cup

Vanilla Essence                                                     3-4 drops


Take a bowl and mix butter and sugar till a fluffy batter forms. Add eggs, Vanilla Essence, Baking Powder and Dry Fruits and Mix. In the end, add flour and mix the batter slowly. Take your baking pan and grease it properly with butter or oil. Now sprinkle flour to form a layer inside the pan. Pour the cake mixture into the baking pan. Take a deep cooking pan and put an iron stand inside it. Pre-heat the pan. Cover the lid properly so that heat does not come out. Now place the cake mould inside the cooking pan and cover it. Cook it over medium heat for 20 – 25 mins. Stove or no-oven cake is ready to eat.
