These chilies have a mild taste and they are not so much spicy. For the stuffing Coriander and Funnel seeds are roasted and then ground to make a thick paste with the combination of lemon juice. These chilies are coated with the gram flour before frying. In some cases, people also cover these chilies with corn flour, egg and bread crumbs.

Ingredients for Gram Flour Coating:
Gram Flour (Besan) 1 Cup
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
Salt To taste
Coriander Seeds (Crushed) ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds (Crushed) ½ tsp
Ingredients for Green Chili Stuffing:
Coriander Seeds (Ground) 4 tbsp
Green Chili (Jalapeno Pepper) 6
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Oil To fry
Fennel Seeds (Ground) 4 tbsp
Salt To taste
Method for Stuffed Green Chili Pakora:
Take a bowl and add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder and cumin and coriander seeds crushed in it. Add some water and mix all ingredients very well to make a thick paste for the stuffed green chili coating. Keep it aside. Now mix coriander seeds and fennel seeds powder in a bowl. Add salt and lemon juice and make a thick paste for the green chili stuffing. Wash and slit green chilies only on one side and remove seeds. Stuff chilies with the coriander and fennel seeds paste. Keep aside. Take a wok and heat up oil in it for deep frying. Coat the stuffed chilies with gram flour batter one by one and fry them in the oil over medium flame until golden brown. Serve with Tea and Ketchup.
