Ingredients:

Prawns (Devein)               24
Corn Flour                          2 tbsp
All-Purpose Flour             2 tbsp
White Pepper                     1/2 tsp
Black Pepper                      1/2 tsp
Salt                                       1/2 tsp
Egg                                       1
Barbecue Sauce                 2 tbsp
Chili Garic Sauce               2 tbsp
Honey                                  1 tbsp
Chopped Garilc                 2 cloves

Sesame Seeds                    1/2 tsp
Oil                                        For Frying

Method to Sweet Chili Garlic Prawns:

Take a bowl and mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, white pepper, black pepper, salt and egg in it. Add some water to make a thick paste. Now coat all prawns in the batter and deep fry them on medium heat for 3 – 4 minutes. Place them on tissue paper to remove excess oil. Now take a frying pan and heat up some oil. Add chopped garlic and fry till golden brown. Add barbecue sauce, chili garlic sauce, honey and sesame seeds. Stir fry for 2 mins and add prawns. Mix and coat all the prawns with shiny chili and honey sauce. Take them out and serve hot. You can have it as a complete meal or serve it with boiled rice.
