With Soy Sauce & Brown Sugar Glaze:
Marinate salmon fillet with some salt, pepper and oil and broil it for 8 – 10 minutes. Now drizzle soy sauce and brown sugar mixture over it and cook for 2 minutes. Serve it with the boiled rice and the remaining glaze.

Grilled with Fresh Peaches:
Marinate onion and peach slices with olive oil, salt and pepper. Also season fish fillet with salt and pepper. Grill Salmon and Onion together for 5 – 6 minutes per side. After turning over salmon put peaches over the grill and cook them for 3 – 4 minutes. Make a mixture of vinegar, ginger, thyme, oil, salt and pepper. Drizzle it over the salmon and serve it with onion and peaches.

With Paprika and Garlic:
Cut some cherry tomatoes in half. Marinate the salmon fillet with some salt, oil and pepper, paprika, thyme and garlic. Heat up a broiler and cook it for 8 – 10 minutes until salmon is opaque throughout.

With Cayenne Pepper and Paprika:
In a bowl combine paprika, cayenne, thyme, garlic powder and salt. In a saucepan, melt some butter and add lemon juice. Now marinate the salmon fillet with lemon butter and then cover it with the dry spices mixture. Cook salmon over a skillet for 2 minutes per side. Now transfer it to the oven for almost 8 minutes. Serve with boiled rice and lemon wedges.

Infused with Black Bean Sauce:
Make a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and oil. Marinate the fillet with this mixture and refrigerate it for 15 minutes. To make sauce, heat up some oil in a pan and add some garlic, ginger and black bean sauce. Cook it for 2 minutes until garlic is golden. Add some vinegar and corn starch mixture while stirring. Cook for another 10 minutes and reduce to a simmer. Put salmon inside a broiler and cook for 3 – 4 minutes. Serve with boiled rice, top with the sauce, carrots and radishes.

Salmon Grilled Patty:
Finely chop and mash fish meat. Add one egg white, ½ tsp mustard paste, ½ cup bread crumbs, dill and salt to taste. Now mix it well and make ¾ inch think patties. Grill the patties for 4 – 5 minutes per side. Serve the patties on bun with the toppings of your choice.

Marinate salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread some orange and lemon slices and thyme around it. Roast it on 375 Fahrenheit for 20 – 25 minutes. Dish it out in a platter and scatter orange and lemon slices on the top.

With Parsley and Chives:
In a bowl, combine parsley, chives, dill and lemon zest. Marinate the fillet with oil, salt and pepper and broil it for 10 – 12 minutes. Top the salmon fillet with the herb mixture and serve with the boiled rice.

Topped with a Light Mustard Sauce:
Season the fillet with some salt and broil it for 7 – 10 minutes. In the meanwhile, heat up some oil and fry shallots for 1 minute. Add ½ cup vinegar and cook until it is reduced. Add 1 tbsp mustard paste, dill, salt and pepper. Whisk them together and turn off the heat. Place the broiled salmon on the platter and drizzle the sauce over it. Serve with cucumber slices.

Steamed with Asparagus and Tarragon:
Take a piece of parchment paper and place it over a baking sheet. Season potatoes with salt and pepper and put them on the sheet. Spread some butter over the potatoes and roast them for 40 – 45 minutes. In the meanwhile, take another sheet of parchment paper and place fillet on it. Top the fillet with asparagus and tarragon. Season it with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fold all sides of the parchment paper to make a sealed parcel. Put it over a baking tray and bake for 20 – 25 minutes. Serve salmon parcels with baked potatoes.
