Ingredients:
Macaroni 1 Packet
Boneless Chicken 500 grams
Tomato Puree 1 Cup
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Red Chili flakes 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup
Capsicum (small cubes) 1/2 cup
Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Charcoal piece 1 inch
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Method for Barbecue Chicken Mac and Cheese:
To make barbecue chicken mac and cheese, first of all boil the macaroni in simmering water until soft and tender. Now rinse out the hot water and coat the macaroni with olive oil. Keep them aside. Now take a deep pan and heat up some oil in it. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 2 -3 minutes. After that add chopped onion and fry until translucent in color. Now add boneless chicken and stir fry it for 4-5 minutes so that the meat turns white. Add salt, red chili flakes, red chili powder, black pepper, white pepper, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix all the ingredients well and cook them for 3 – 4 minutes. Now add yogurt,tomato puree and lemon juice. Cover the lid and cook it on medium flame for 8 – 10 minutes until all water dries and oil gets separate from the gravy.
At this stage, add milk, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Let it cook for another 5 minutes so that everything melts and forms a thick creamy and cheesy texture. In the end, add fresh cream and mix it properly. Do not cook too much after adding the fresh cream. Now add boiled macaroni and capsicum. Mix well. Burn a charcoal and put it in the center of the barbecue chicken mac and cheese. Now drizzle some oil over the charcoal and cover the lid properly. The charcoal smoke will give it a smoky flavor.
