I love baking like anything and I enjoy it a lot. That’s the reason I have buns in my oven. What I am trying to say is, Baking gives me real happiness and I keep trying unique and mouthwatering baking recipes. These soft and fluffy buns are one of my best recipes. So let’s try to cook these professionally baked buns in my oven. Here is a list of what you will need to prepare perfectly baked buns.
Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour 2 Cups
Yeast 1 tsp
Bread Improver 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Oil 1/3 Cup
Water to knead dough
Italian Seasoning 1 tbsp.

Buns in My Oven:
Method:
I often make buns in my oven. That’s the most delicious and easiest recipe ever. You just need to follow the exact steps to get the best results. Take a large bowl and mix all dry ingredients in it i.e. All-purpose flour, salt, sugar, yeast and bread improver. Now add oil and mix it with the flour. Use your hands to make flour and oil crumble. In the end, slowly add water and knead a smooth, lump-free and non-sticky dough. Keep it aside for 1 or 2 hours for fermentation process.
When the dough becomes double in size, divide it into small and equal balls. Grease an oven tray and place dough balls in it by leaving one inch distance between each ball. Leave the buns on room temperature for 25 – 30 minutes for proofing.
Pre-heat the oven on 200 C. Apply a light film of egg wash on the buns and also sprinkle Italian seasoning on the top. I baked the buns in my oven till they become golden brown. Take them out and place them on a wire stand to cool down on room temperature. Serve with tea and butter.
