Ingredients for Chicken Manchurian:

Boneless Chicken (Thin 1 inch slices)                                        1/2 Kg

Chili Garlic Sauce                                                                           ½ cup

Garlic (Finely Chopped)                                                               3-4 cloves

Tomato Puree                                                                                1 cup

Tomato Ketchup                                                                            ½ cup

Red Chili Flakes                                                                              ½ tsp

Paprika                                                                                            ½ tsp

Soya Sauce                                                                                     2 tbsp

Corn Flour                                                                                      2 tbsp

Black Pepper                                                                                  ½ tsp

White Pepper                                                                                ½ tsp

Salt                                                                                                   To taste

Vinegar                                                                                            2 tbsp

Red Chili Powder                                                                           ½ tsp

Oil                                                                                                    As required

Ingredients for Chinese Fried Rice:

Rice (Boiled)                                                                                   ½ Kg

Capsicum (Julienne cut)                                                               1

Soya Sauce                                                                                     2 tbsp

Vinegar                                                                                            2 tbsp

Cabbage (Julienne cut)                                                                 1

Garlic Paste                                                                                    1 tsp

Ginger Paste                                                                                   1 tsp

Spring Onion (Julienne cut)                                                         3-4 stalks

Carrot (Julienne cut)                                                                     1

Salt                                                                                                   To taste

Corn Seeds (Boiled)                                                                      ½ cup

Peas (Boiled)                                                                                  ½ cup

Black Pepper                                                                                  1 tsp

Scrambled Egg                                                                               1

Oil                                                                                                    As required

Method to prepare Chicken Manchurian:

Take thinly sliced boneless chicken and marinate it with corn flour, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper and white pepper. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. Heat some oil in a wok. Add chopped garlic into the oil. Now add marinated chicken and fry it on the high flame for 3-4 minutes. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, red chili flakes, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce and paprika. Mix all ingredients very well and cook on the medium flame at least for 4-5 minutes. At the end, add salt according to your taste. Chicken Manchurian is ready to serve.

Method to prepare Chinese Fried Rice:

Heat oil in a wok and add ginger and garlic paste. Fry for a minute. Now add carrots, cabbage, corn seeds, peas and white part of spring onions. Fry on the high flame for 2-3 minutes. Add capsicum and green part of spring onions. Also add boiled rice and mix it well. Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper and fry on high flame for 3-4 minutes. Add scrambled egg. Toss gently. When everything is mixed completely, serve immediately with Chicken Manchurian.
