Lemon Juice                                            1 tbsp.

Processed Cheese Triangles                  1 pack (8 triangles)

Oil                                                              as required

Method:

Kneading a Dough:

Take all-purpose flour in a deep bowl. Now add sugar, salt, yeast and mixed dried herbs. Mix all the dry ingredients well. Add melted butter and mix it with the flour properly. Now make a well in the center and add warm water to knead a dough. Keep kneading the dough with your hands until a soft and lump-free dough forms. Cover it with the cling sheet or with a thin damp cloth. Keep it aside at least for 2 hours for the fermentation process.

Preparing Chicken Stuffing:

Now take a frying pan and add some oil in it. Fry chopped onions until they become translucent in color. Add boiled and shredded chicken and stir fry it for 4 – 5 minutes. After that mix all the ingredients like ginger garlic paste, green chilies, crushed red chilies, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander seeds powder, cumin seeds powder, black pepper and lemon juice. Frying Stuffed Cheesy Buns:

After two hours, dough becomes double in size. Make small (2 inches in diameter) balls out of this dough. Just Roll the balls on a flat surface and put some chicken stuffing in the center. Also put a triangle of processed cheese. Now again give it a ball shape by joining all the corners. Make all the balls and keep them aside for 15 minutes so that they can increase in size.

Take a wok and heat up some oil in it for deep frying. Put the stuffed balls one by one into the oil and keep turning them with a spoon until they become golden brown in color. Cook them on a medium flame so that they don’t burn or become darker. Place the fried cheesy buns on a tissue paper to remove the excess oil. Serve them hot with ketchup or any other sauce you like the most.
