Ingredients for Green Chili Pickle:
Salt To taste
Green Chili (Jalapeno Pepper) 250 grams
Fennel Seeds (Ground) 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice ½ Cup
Oil To fry
Coriander Seeds (Ground) 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat up some oil in a wok. Fry ground coriander seeds and ground funnel seeds in oil for 1 minute. Now cut green chilies into 1 inch thick pieces and add them into the wok. Add lemon juice and salt and cover the lid. Cook it on medium flame for 8 – 10 minutes. Yummy Green Chili Achar is ready to serve.
