Malai Chicken Pizza is full of creamy and cheesy chicken Malai Tikka. It has Asian spices that make it more delicious. Malai Tikka is a barbecue style creamy chicken. It is prepared with boneless chicken and loads of cream (Malai) and yogurt. It is white in color and has a mild taste of black pepper, ginger garlic paste, green chili and fresh coriander. Applying this unique barbecue chicken over the pizza brings an amazing twist in the pizza taste. It not only enhances the flavor but also makes it more attractive and tempting. You should try this recipe once.

Ingredients for Pizza Dough:

All-purpose flour                                                                           3 cups

Salt                                                                                                   1 tsp

Warm Water/Milk                                                                         1 cup

Sugar                                                                                                2 tbsp

Yeast                                                                                                ¼ ounce

Olive oil                                                                                           2 tbsp

Pizza Dough Recipe:

Dissolve water, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Mix them well and keep aside for 5-8 minutes to bloom. Now mix flour and salt in a pan. Pour bloomed yeast mixture with olive oil in it. Mix flour to make smooth dough. Keep aside inside a covered bowl for at least 2 hours. When it becomes double in size, punch down and roll out a 12 inches pizza crust on a flat floured surface.

Ingredients for Tomato Sauce:

Tomatoes Paste                                                                              1 small

Chopped onion                                                                              1 small

Chili sauce                                                                                       2 tsp

Tomato ketchup                                                                             ½ cup

Salt                                                                                                   1 tsp

Red chili powder                                                                           2 tsp

Garlic minced                                                                                 1 clove

Basil leaves                                                                                     3-4

Black pepper                                                                                  ½ tsp

Vinegar                                                                                            4-5 tbsp

Oregano                                                                                          ½ tsp

Chili flakes                                                                                       2 tsp

Sugar                                                                                                ¼ tsp

Olive Oil                                                                                          to sauté

Tomato Sauce Recipe:

Heat up oil in a deep pan and fry onion and garlic for 3 – 4 minutes. Add tomato paste and simmer until it starts thickening. Now mix all other ingredients into the tomato sauce like oregano, salt, fresh basil, black pepper, chili flakes, chili powder, tomato ketchup, chili sauce and vinegar. Mix well and cook for another 2 -3 minutes on low flame. Tomato sauce is ready. You can use it right away or store into the fridge for 1 week.

Ingredients for Malai Chicken:

Boneless Chicken                                                                         1 Kg

Vinegar                                                                                           1 tbsp

Salt                                                                                                  1 tea sp

Red Chili                                                                                         1 tea sp

Garlic paste                                                                                   1 tab sp

Ginger paste                                                                                  1 tab sp

Mayonnaise                                                                                   1/2 Cup

Yogurt                                                                                             ½ Cup

Fresh Cream                                                                                  1 Packet

Lemon Juice                                                                                  2-3 tbsp

Fresh Coriander Paste                                                                 ½ Cup

Fresh Green Chilies Paste                                                           2 tbsp

Chili flakes                                                                                     1 tea sp

Black Pepper                                                                                 1/2 tea sp

Oregano                                                                                         1/2 tea sp

Malai Chicken Recipe:

Take a frying pan and heat up some oil in it. Stir fry ginger garlic paste with chicken at least for 6 – 8 minutes. Now mix all ingredients such as vinegar, salt, red chili powder, yogurt, lemon juice, fresh coriander paste, fresh green chili paste, chili flakes, black pepper and oregano. Do not add fresh cream and mayonnaise at this stage. Cover the pan and cook it over low flame for 5 – 8 minutes. In the end, add fresh cream and mayonnaise and mix well. Smoke the chicken with burnt charcoal. Malai Chicken is ready for pizza topping.

Pizza Assembling & Baking:

Grease a pizza pan and place a 12 inches crush on it. Apply tomato sauce and make a bed of Chicken Malai Tikka over it. Now put all other vegetables like onions, capsicums, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms and sweet corns. Also spread some fresh cream over it. In the end, sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and bake pizza at least for 20 minutes. Pizza can also be baked inside a cooking pan. Place an iron stand in the center of the preheated pan, place the pizza pan on the iron stand and cover the pan properly so that steam doesn’t come out. Cook it over medium low flame for 20 – 25 minutes. Malai Chicken Tikka Pizza is ready to serve.
