Prawn Manchurian is a hot and spicy dish that is a favorite dish of seafood lovers. You must try this once. Prawn Manchurian is a formula which was at the forefront of my thoughts for a long while. It is one dish which we arrange in any restaurants…It is absolutely tasty. I made it few days back and it was yummy.
This dish runs well with any Chinese primary course like noodles, singed rice…You can even have it as a starter with soup…I made this as dry adaptation, you can make it as sauce as well, for that include some water after you include sauce and afterward bubble it..Then include the corn flour slurry and thicken it somewhat, then include broiled prawns and complete it.

Prawn Manchurian Ingredients:
For Prawn Manchurian:
Prawn ½ Kg
Tomatoes Paste 1 cup
Ketchup ½ Cup
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 3-4 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Aginomoto ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
White Pepper ½ tsp
Black Pepper ¼ tsp
Ginger Chopped 1 tsp
Garlic Chopped 1 tsp
For Chinese Friend Rice:
Boiled Rice ½ Kg
Carrot (Chopped) 1
Green Onion (Chopped) 4-5
Green Chili (Chopped) 2-3
Fried Egg 2
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Boiled Peas ¼ Cup
Boiled Corns ¼ Cup
Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Ginger Chopped 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Recipe
For Prawn Manchurian:
Take 4-5 medium size tomatoes; grind them to make a paste. Add 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp chili sauce, 3-4 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp aginomoto, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chili flakes, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp white pepper and 1/4 tsp black pepper in the tomato paste. Mix it well.
Take a wok and stir fry prawns with chopped ginger and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato paste in it mixed with all ingredients. Cook it on medium flame for 5- 8 minutes until it becomes thick. Prawn Manchurian is ready to serve. This Recipe is for 1/2 Kg Prawns.
For Chinese Friend Rice:
Take a wok and stir fry chopped ginger/garlic in hot oil. Stir fry Seasonal Vegetables of your choice for 2-3 minutes on high heat except spring onions. Now add boiled rice in it. Add salt and black pepper to your taste while frying. Also add vinegar and Soya Sauce to enhance the taste. In the end add fried and shredded egg and spring onions.
