Ingredients:
Boiled Chicken (Shredded) 1 Cup
Capsicum (Finely Chopped) 1 Cup
Spring Onion (Chopped) 1 Cup
Corn Seeds (Boiled) ½ Cup
Carrot (Grated) 1 Cup
Cabbage (Julian Cut) 1 Cup
Cauliflower (Chopped) 1 Cup
Peas 1 Cup
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Ground Black Pepper 1 tsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil ½ Cup
Water 1 liter
Corn Flour 4 tbsp
Method for Vegetable Soup:
Take a deep wok and heat up some oil in it. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute. Also add all mix vegetables and stir fry on high flame for 3 – 4 minutes. Add water and bring it to a boil. Now mix all spices i.e. salt, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce and chili sauce. Beat an egg in a bowl and drizzle it slowly into the soup while stirring. In the end, dissolve 4 tbsp corn flour in tab water and mix it into the soup. Keep stirring. Turn off the heat when soup becomes thick. Serve the vegetable soup hot with vinegar, soya sauce, chili sauce and black pepper.
