White Chicken Manchurian is a yummiest light and low calorie Chinese dish that is usually served with the Chinese Fried Rice. You can use any seasonal vegetables of your choice to make this dish more yummy.


For White Chicken Manchurian:

Chicken Stock                                                                                4 cups

Chicken (Boneless 1 inch Cubes)                                               ½ Kg

Vinegar                                                                                            4 tbsp

Salt                                                                                                   1 tsp

Tomatoes (1 inch Squares)                                                          ½ cup

White Pepper                                                                                ½ tsp

Black Pepper                                                                                  ½ tsp

Chili Flakes                                                                                      ½ tsp

Ginger (Julienne Cut)                                                                    1 tbsp

Green Chili Sliced                                                                          2

Ginger Paste                                                                                   1 tsp

Garlic Chopped                                                                              1 tsp

Corn Flour                                                                                      4 tbsp

Garlic Paste                                                                                    1 tsp

Onion (1 inch Squares)                                                                ½ cup

Capsicum (1 inch Squares)                                                          ½ cup

Carrot (Grated)                                                                              ½ cup

Spring Onion (Chopped)                                                              ½ cup

Lemon Juice                                                                                   1 tbsp

Corn Seeds (Boiled)                                                                      ½ cup

Lemon (Sliced)                                                                               2 lemons

Oil                                                                                                    To fry

For Fried Rice:

Carrot (Grated)                                                                              1 cup

Rice (Half Boiled)                                                                           ½ Kg

Corn Seeds (Boiled)                                                                      1 cup

Spring Onion (Chopped)                                                              1 cup

Salt                                                                                                   1 tbsp

Fried Egg (Shredded)                                                                    1 egg

Peas (Boiled)                                                                                  1 Cup

Black Pepper                                                                                  1 tsp

Vinegar                                                                                            ½ cup

Capsicum (Julienne Cut)                                                               1 Cup

Garlic Paste                                                                                    1 tsp

Ginger Paste                                                                                   1 tsp

Oil                                                                                                    To fry

Soya Sauce                                                                                     3 tbsp


White Chicken Manchurian:

Take a wok and heat up 4 – 5 tbsp oil. Fry chopped garlic and ginger. Also add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute. Now add chicken and fry till it becomes white in color. Add capsicum, onion, tomato, corn seeds and carrot. Stir fry on high flame for 2 – 3 minutes. Add chicken stock, salt, black pepper, white pepper, chili flakes, vinegar and lemon juice. Cook to bring a boil. Now add spring onion, lemon slices and green chili. Dissolve corn flour in cold water and drizzle it slowly while stirring to bring a thick consistency. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. White Chicken Manchurian is ready to serve.

Chinese Fried Rice:

Take a wok and stir fry ginger garlic paste in hot oil. Stir fry all Vegetables for 2-3 minutes on high heat except spring onions. Now add half cooked boiled rice in it. Add salt and black pepper to your taste while frying. Also add vinegar and Soya Sauce to enhance the taste. In the end add fried and shredded egg and spring onions. Cover the lid and cook the rice over low flame for 8 – 10 minutes. Hot Chinese Fried Rice is ready to serve with White Chicken Manchurian.
