Take a bowl and combine together baby arugula and kale. Then arrange them on a very large platter to give them a Christmas tree shape. Scatter the sliced cucumbers on the tree. Now arrange the lettuce leaves to make four layers on the tree as shown in the picture. Cut the salami and provolone stars using a star cutter and place them on the tree. Also scatter all other ingredients like prosciutto, cheese stuffed peppers, artichokes, olives, pepperoncini, radishes, walnuts and cheese on the top of the Christmas tree. Now take a small bowl and mix together vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and black pepper. Pour this dressing over the salad.
