Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour                             2 Cups

Salt                                                      2 Pinches

Cinnamon Powder                           2 Pinches

Baking Powder                                 2 tsp

Ripped Banana                                 5 – 6

Butter                                                 ½ Cup

Brown Sugar                                     ¾ Cup

Eggs                                                    2

Vanilla Essence                                1 tsp

Raisins                                               2 tbsp

Banana Bread Recipe:

In a large bowl, sift all dry ingredients such as all-purpose flour, salt, cinnamon powder and baking powder and mix well. Keep it aside. Peel ripped bananas and mash them with the help of a fork. Now take another bowl and whisk together butter, brown sugar and eggs. Now add mashed bananas, raisins and vanilla essence and mix well. At the end, slowly add flour mixture and fold I slowly with the help of a spatula. Grease a 9 x 3 inches bread mold with oil or butter, place a butter paper in the pan and grease it again. Now pour the banana bread batter in the mold and tap 2 – 3 times on the kitchen counter. Bake it in the preheated oven at 200 C for 40 – 45 minutes. Delicious and moist banana bread is ready to serve. You can serve it with tea or even with coffee.
