Fish (Snapper) 8 – 10
Salt 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 4 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
Chili Flakes 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Crushed Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice ½ Cup
Flour ½ Cup
Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Oil ½ Cup

To make this delicious barbecue fish, first you need to marinate it with all spices. Just clean and wash the fish properly and dry them with a cloth. Now take a bowl and mix all ingredients in it i.e. Salt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Chili Flakes, Cumin Powder, Crushed Coriander Seeds, Lemon Juice, Flour, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste and Oil. Pour this mixture on the fish and apply it on all pieces with your hands. Make sure that masala covers the fish in a proper way. Now keep this aside for 1 hour.
