Cheese Crackers

Cheese Crackers are very light snacks which are made up of flour. They are usually baked in the oven. Different type of seasonings is used with these crackers. Salt, herbs, seeds, and cheddar might be added to the batter or sprinkled on top before baking. Crackers are frequently marked as a nutritious and advantageous approach to devour a staple food or oat grain.

On the other hand, Crackers are eaten all alone or can go with other food things, for example, cheddar or meat cuts; sauces; or smooth spreads, for example, stick, margarine, or nutty spread. Tasteless or mellow crackers are sometimes utilized as a sense of taste chemical in nourishment item testing or flavor testing, between tests. For this reason, I always prefer to make crackers for my kids. At the same time, crackers have a unique mouth watering taste.

Cheese Crackers Ingredients: 

Cheddar Cheese (shredded)                             6 ounces

Butter                                                                     ¼ cup

Flour                                                                       ¾ cup

Salt                                                                          ½ tsp

Red chili flakes                                                     ½ tsp

Milk                                                                        1 tbsp

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees with a Grease baking sheet. Place first five ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it becomes like crumbs. Also add some milk and mix until dough forms. Using your hands make small balls with dough, then roll it to 1.5 inch on a flat surface. You can also make rectangles. You can also use pastry cutter to cut one inch squares. Make small holes in the center of each cracker. Using a spatula put all crackers on to a baking sheet. You can place them close to each other. They will puff up but not spread too much. Bake them for 12-15 minutes until their edges become brown. Do not overcook. Let them cool completely on room temperature. You can also store the crackers in an air-tight container for up to three days at a cool place.
